The contents of various coagulation factors, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ, XI, and XII, and chemical constituents of twenty CPDA-1 fresh frozen plasma were assayed. The mean concentration of fibrinogen, Factor Ⅱ, factor Ⅴ and Factor Ⅷ were

100U/dl, 104.6U/dl and 86U/dl, respectively. The mean pH, total protein and albumin were 7.114, 6.6g/dl and 4.1g/dl respectively.
